Staffing software for gig workers & event crews

Keep every gig staffed without the group text

Post your open roles once. Your crew claims the spots from their phones and gets reminded automatically, so you watch coverage fill in instead of chasing people by text. You bring your own crew, so GigWize isn’t a marketplace.

30-day free trial. Card required, no charge until it ends.

You know the drill the week before an event

You’ve got the event. Now you need twelve people to show up and do the work. Here’s the difference between doing that by hand and doing it in GigWize.

The week before, today

  • A hundred texts to fill twelve spots
  • Phone numbers in three different places
  • A spreadsheet that's already out of date
  • Someone drops the morning of and you're scrambling
  • The payout scramble: who worked what, added up by hand at midnight

The week before, on GigWize

  • Post the roles once; your crew claims the spots they want
  • One roster, everyone in it, on web or their phone
  • Coverage shows filled vs. open in real time
  • The next person's already in line, you approve in a tap
  • The paysheet builds itself the moment the event wraps

One screen for the whole event

Claiming, coverage, reminders, access, and pay, all in one place instead of scattered across texts and tabs.

Your crew claims their own spots

Post the openings once. Your people grab the roles they want from their phone instead of waiting on your text, and coverage fills in while you watch.

Reminders go out for you

Everyone who claimed a spot gets reminded before the event, automatically. You stop sending the same text five times.

See who's covered at a glance

Every position shows filled vs. still open, so you catch a gap days early instead of at the door.

Nobody slips through

When a spot's full, the next person waits in line. Someone drops, you approve the next one.

You decide who sees what

Open an event to your whole roster or just the people you pick. Your best gigs stay invite-only.

Paysheet ready when you wrap

The day the event ends, every role and amount is added up for you, ready to review and pay your own way.

Set it up in minutes. Then invite your crew.

    Event wraps, paysheet's ready

The paysheet builds itself the moment the event ends. You review it, pay through your normal method, and mark it paid in GigWize.

Your paysheet is ready the moment the event wraps

Paying people is where the night really ends, usually with a spreadsheet and a headache. GigWize tallies it as you go. You set a flat amount per role up front, and the second an event is over the paysheet is sitting there done: who worked, what they’re owed, ready for you to review and pay. The client invoice is ready the same day.

Adding it up by hand at midnight is where mistakes creep in. GigWize keeps the math and the record straight, so the paysheet is right the first time.

A finished GigWize paysheet for one crew member: the events they worked, each role and amount, totaled and ready to mark paid

Your money stays yours

GigWize never holds or moves your crew’s pay. We build the paysheet and keep the record straight; you pay people through your own method and mark it paid. Nothing for us to lose, freeze, or get between you and your crew.

Pick a plan that fits how many events you run

A flat monthly rate, and you add your whole crew free, no per-seat fees. Most operators never pass their included events; if you do, extra events are a few dollars each.
